You and your church, ministry, business, center, etc are cordially invited to attend the “Unite Us” Conference that will be held on April 20-21, 2018. 

 

“I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought!”  (1 Corinthians 1:10)

 

At the “Unite Us” conference we will address the pressing issues that plague the body of Christ such as prejudices, biases, and racism.  Listed below is some of what will transpire on these 2 great days:

  • Friday evening service will start us off with some amazing Praise/Worship with Pastor John Belvin from New Birth Christian Ministries sharing an inspiring message of Hope, Restoration, Unity. It all begins at 6:00 pm
  • Saturday morning at 8 am there will be a time of coffee/donuts and fellowship.
  • 9 am: Praise/Worship and a word from Pastor Jack Osteen from Leesville First Assembly.
  • 10:30 (Breakouts): There will be several breakout sessions addressing the issues at hand.  Topics are as followed:
  1. Issues in the classroom (Jessica Horton & Mary Altenberger)
  2. Issues in the work place (Christina Osteen & Antqualene Johnson)
  3. Bi-racial issues (Pastor Bryant Sanders & Vanessa Sanders)
  4. Women in ministry issues (Pastor Annie Marbury & Pastor Shani Connors)
  • Noon: Lunch (Surrounding Areas)
  • 1:30 (Breakouts):
  • 3:00 Q/A Panel: We will have a panel board for open questions and answers.  The panel will be diverse.   Those on the panel must be willing to handle tough questions without any offense at all.
  • 5:00 pm: Dinner (Surround Area)
  • 6:15 pm: Combined Worship from various churches and a powerful message from Terry Nelson.  Terry Nelson is a National Speaker, a former NCAA Final 4 participant from the University of Cincinnati.  He is an advocate for unity.  He spends his life helping promote unity and reconciliation all across the United States.
