The Manger Build is a church resource designed to equip men to keep Christ in front of Christmas for their families. From start to finish, The Manger Build Church Resource Kit equips a team of men execute a ‘Manger Build Event’ where dad’s bring their kids and build a life-size manger. However, The Manger Build is much more than just another fun church event. The purpose of The Manger Build is to equip the Church to ENGAGE, EQUIP & ENCOURAGE men to keep Christ in front of Christmas for their families.
Here’s how: The Manger Build provides the platform for building a men’s leadership team. In the Church Resource Manual, you will find information and steps for building a team of men to lead The Manger Build. While the purpose of this team of men is to execute the event well, the overarching vision is that this team of men will now be equipped to work together towards a strategic long term men’s discipleship plan. Dads engage with their kids and have a great time building mangers, but more importantly, they are encouraged to step up as spiritual leaders for their family.
