This project is designed to engage experienced older men and connect their life experience wisdom and knowledge to newer generations of men and boys. This project will create mentoring, training, and equipping curriculum. Program elements include professional quality videos for each training segment. Resources will include a textbook, study guide, worksheets/workbook, videos, and implementation plan for participants.
